1994

Keltec is formed by John Fison and Brian Griffiths who had a clear vision to establish a services–led technology company that would be differentiated by its focus and service quality.

Keltec focuses on the Investment Banking sector in London.

1995

Keltec achieves revenues of £4m in its first year.

Oracle appoints Keltec as a Premier Partner to enable Keltec to offer a broader solution portfolio to its clients.

1996

Growing in numbers and expertise, Keltec open a Head Office in Bracknell.

Keltec delivers over 25% of Digital Equipment Corporation’s revenues to the Investment Banking sector.

Investors in People accreditation achieved.

1997

Keltec achieves revenues of £25m, achieving its five year strategic plan a year early.

1998

ISO accreditation achieved – ISO9002 – Quality Systems

Underlining the value of their expertise, Keltec is appointed by Compaq as an enterprise reseller partner. This is soon followed by Keltec’s acquisition of Progress Computer Systems to consolidate their growing place in the market.

Sun Microsystems accept Keltec’s proposition to become a key Enterprise Computing Reseller.

Keltec subsequently opens the Birmingham Office.

Keltec becomes one of Digital Equipment Corporation’s first Services Sales Partners.

1999

Keltec’s rapid growth is recognised as it wins Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 Award.

Niven Rose joins the Board of Keltec as Finance Director.

2000

Keltec wins Sun Microsystems Reseller of the Year Award.

Keltec celebrates revenues in excess of £50m for the year.

Keltec’s growth recognised as it wins a place in the Virgin / Sunday Times Fast 100 Awards and senior management is invited to Richard Branson’s house.

Keltec’s commitment to Compaq and Oracle is recognised by the award of Partner of the Year by both companies.

2001

Developing a reputation as an innovator in enterprise solutions, Keltec opens an Integration Centre in Bracknell.

Keltec recognised for its Oracle software skills as it wins Oracle’s prestigious EMEA Internet Technology Sales Award.

Keltec wins the Microscope Partner Excellence Awards for 2001.

2002

Keltec introduces its AAIMS services methodology and wins substantial services contracts with FTSE–100 companies.

2003

Keltec celebrates more than 50 per cent of its business coming from services.

2004

Keltec becomes a VMware Enterprise Partner.

2005

Symantec / Veritas partnership established

Keltec introduces new Managed & Support Services portfolio, delivering 24x7 services and successful in winning major contracts.

2006

Keltec introduce a new Service Desk, providing customers with a Single Point of Contact for call logging and management.

2008

Keltec celebrates 10 years of growth as an HP Services Sales Partner.

Keltec introduce an On–line Renewals Portal, providing customers with the ability to view all contract schedules on unique URL’s.

2009

Keltec celebrates 15 years of growth.
